Ill give a plug for Mobil 1, Use it in my 2003 GMC 3500 6.0work van that just rolled over 400,000 miles. I change it every 10-15000 miles Motor never been apart, And I still dont have to add a drop between oil changes. Its made a believer out of me, I now use it in everything that has a Motor.
