Most aftermarket rims I see are for 88-96..why is this? Is there some kind of adapter you can buy that will allow for the use of these rims?
I am interested in some ZR1 rims
Thanks,
Jeremy

Because the offsets are different for 84-87, and the offset made for newer cars is larger, in general, so it doesnt make alot of sense for manuf. to make extra sets for a unique offset.
AFS does make rims that will bolt up without anything, in the correct offset.
You can buy an adapter plate to make 88-96 or other rims to fit. All this is in the FAQ.
