Well, it's done! Here are a few before/after pics. For the front, I sanded down the stock wedges to the desired height, trimmed the aluminum spring brackets accordingly, and replaced the lower ball joints while I was at it!
It looks really good but then I would say that because mine looks almost the same. Lowering even a little gives it a better overall look. Your brake calipers are they painted or did you polish them? Good job it looks good.

Looks great! I want to do mine but...Im kind of afraid of that front end and doing it alone.
Thanks!! I was hesitant to tackle the front myself initally, but after a lot of researching, I decided to give it a try. I had to ask a few questions along the way, but that's to be expected (for me, anyway!) There's a lot of good help here if you need it too!
The only thing I would have done differently is get a better floor jack!
Oh yeah, and make sure my creeper arrived BEFORE I started the job, not 1 day after!!
What a nice difference, David. That looks just great. I'm inspired to get started on mine now. I'll PM you with another stupid question or two.
Kim
Thanks Kim!
Questions welcome! What is the saying, the only bad question is the one that's not asked....or something like that?! God knows I've asked my share of questions--some of them multiple times!
