Emblem Insert??

What is the best way to get one of the inserts out of the emblem itself without breaking it?? I want to do a little project but need to get one of them out without breaking the emblem frame. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Once the two bolts are removed all thats left is the adhesive backing. I had a lot of luck with some weadwacker nylon line and just wiggled back and forth with the line along the emblem in a sawing motion like a piece of dental floss. Wont hurt the paint and its a lot safer than a screwdriver trying to pry up the emblem. Then the 3M adhesive remover took care of the Adhesive left behind. Goo Gone will work in a pinch as well.
