Just finished putting together the interior in my 86. I had the shift plate, info center, shift button and door bezels done in a brushed aluminum look thanks to Pat at American Hydrocarbon. Also added a momo steering wheel. What do you think?
Not sure why anyone would want to drive around without an airbag. stay safe.
How exactly would you install an airbag into a 23 year old car? if it had one I would not have replaced it. Since it didnt might as well, cheaper than buying a new stock replacement and looks a lot better if you ask me.

Early years did not come with an airbag. Where did you get the momo steering wheel and how much did it cost? Looks nice by the way. Very updated from the stock interior IMO.
ordered it from ltbmotorsports.com (they also have a store on ebay) they have a nice selection of momo and sparco wheels, the adapter was 77 and the wheel 140
Looks great. I thought about doing something similar but I have a hang up about keeping the stock look on my car. Not sure why, I had a C3 for 14 years, modded the hell out of it under the hood but never even used aftermarket wheels.
Love the look of the brushed aluminum, I would carry it forward to both the drivers and passengers side as well. BTW the mono wheel brings it together.
