This is what my manual said to do. Open the hood and open the light assembly, by hand, about half way open. Then you have to take off the headlight bezel. Then I closed the light manually again and then opened the light up with the motor and then you can unscrew the light. It's been a while since I changed it but I believe that's what I did.

C'mon, help the noob out. The search function ain't as great as it used to be.

Okay,

1. Open the hood.

2. Pull the **** to turn on the light, time it so that the light rotates HALF way open or just about half way then stop pulling the ****. Keep the **** IN half way to keep the lights off but the light assembly in good position. You may have to give it a few tries to time it perfect. The point is to have it in good position but not have the lights ON.

3. Go to the front of the car and take off the two screws next to the light bezel. The screws are on the side, horzontally.

4. Go back to the underside of hood and take off the two screws remaining that keeps the bezel on. If you rotated the light assembly correctly, you will see the two screws on each tab up top.

5. Remove the 4 (but sometimes 2 or three) screws that holds up the thin metal bracket that keeps the light bulb from falling out.

6. Gently let the bulb hang loose, reach behind it and disconnect the plugs

7. Replace with new bulb. Reverse the steps to completion.

8. When you have time at night, check the alignment. The notch up top and to the side indicates where to stick the philips screwdriver in to adjust the angles.

Yes. what he said. But I turned the light manually instead of screwing with turning the light on and off.
