Default Cleaning Grounds

What is the best way to get to the grounds on the back of the heads, from the top or bottom?
Having some starting problems and think thats where the problem might be.

The main grounds are on the side of the block above the oil filter, there are also grounds on the back of the trany bell housing directly behind the block grounds (about 5" back"). Try to clean block the grounds from the top first so the dirt doesn't fall in your eyes/face like it would if you were under the car. The tranny ground point pretty much has to be done underneath. I'd just spray the wires at the lugs with some type of electrical cleaner like CRC (spray can). Once clean reach in and grab the wires to check for tightness. If your grounds check out the grounding for the starter is done through the block so make sure your starter bolts are clean and tight if your problem is with the stater itself.
