I just got my custom chip in today. Thought it was wrong size. Talked to them and they helped me. I was looking at the wrong connector. Alot of people say they give attitutde, are rude, and other stuff. They were kind, helpful, and I started the car and it runs fine. It revvs alot quicker and idles a little higher than stock but Alvin changed those a little. Need to test drive it though to check it out. I am pleased with the product and the customer service. No complaints at all. My emails were ALWAYS answered within an hour....throughout the entire process. Never a attitude when I have talked to them last week about payment method, shipping ect. Spectacular place and plus they are a supporting vendor!
i can't say enough good about my experience with alvin at pcmforless.
and he's the one that brought me back from a trashed engine that another so-called tuner here on this board caused the first time around after my mods were installed.

I put you down as the person that reccomended me. RedTornado: "Tuned by my hero Alvin @pcmforless"
Mine revvs alot faster and it seems to revv higher. It was a mail order tune. I installed the chip once and it was jerking and sounded like it had a cam. Switched it around and now it sounds normal. Stupid me.
Anyone else notice if acceleration nor revving is different? Sound or anything?
Alvin is in business to make money, pure and simple. I have read post on here where people have contacted him wanting help with other tuners chips, and then call him rude for not helping them for free!! Anyone who expects that kind of service from a business needs to pull their head out of their butt and come back to reality.
For the record, I have used him for both mail order and dyno tuning, and have always received first rate service.

kids these days have no social common sense, nor were taught basic manners.
i'd say that any child-customer who operates in that mode is a brat.

Alvin is a great guy, and helped me when I had my 91 coupe. He explained step by step what to do, made great suggestions, and was available to make those suggestions work. Re-tunes, can't count the number of re-tunes he did as I tricked out my vette.
