Default 84 vette dead

1984 stock Crossfire died. Checked it out in the parking lot of a CVS. Checked it out and found no spark coming from the distributor. Have the 12v input going in. Checked out the price on controll module: Corvette Central standard module $73.50. Auto Zone $21.99. Is there a difference?

good chance no, but on many things for these cars you do get what you pay for.

i usually don't buy stuff i can get from the auto parts store twice as cheap. Autozone has their 2 year warranty on most stuff too, so if it ever goes bad they'll give you a new one.

Sounds like too big of difference. But then again some of the catalogs do put the prices up.

Save your VatoZone receipt or make sure they have your correct phone number and address in their computer for warranty claims.

I returned a Duralast battery I purchased five years ago (7-year warranty) that died on my wife last Friday and they gave me a new one.
