1984 stock Crossfire died. Checked it out in the parking lot of a CVS. Checked it out and found no spark coming from the distributor. Have the 12v input going in. Checked out the price on controll module: Corvette Central standard module $73.50. Auto Zone $21.99. Is there a difference?
i usually don't buy stuff i can get from the auto parts store twice as cheap. Autozone has their 2 year warranty on most stuff too, so if it ever goes bad they'll give you a new one.

Save your VatoZone receipt or make sure they have your correct phone number and address in their computer for warranty claims.
I returned a Duralast battery I purchased five years ago (7-year warranty) that died on my wife last Friday and they gave me a new one.
