is there a special service that is needed to be carried out when that light comes on?
or just a check of all sensors etc...?
i tested the brakes today and there was no pulsing of the pedal, so i pushed harder and faster and the rear left wheel locked up a bit!
crap now i have to get that fixed
as i have previously posted in another thread about brakes,i found out today mine do pull the car up quite well, but need a firm press of the pedal, and the pedal only needs about 1/3 of the pedal travel, NOT 1/2 like i once said, sorry for that!
i am still going to get 13" rotors and J55 calipers!
thanks
Check the plug on the brake master cylinder to ensure that it is still connected. Another easy thing would be to remove each wheel sensor and clean the tip of the sensor's pickups and then reinstall them.....just takes a few minutes to pull each wheel and remove 1 bolt for access to each sensor.
ok then thanks for the reply!
i will check the plug at the Master Cyclnder, and try to work out the sensor's on the brakes. never worked on ABS before!
