Default Digital volt meter

Yesterday I drove my '94 vert and it ran like a champ. However I happened to look at the digital volt meter and it kept changing from 14.5 to 14.3 to 13.9 tp 14.2 and other readings that were around 14. It has never done that before as it usually reads 14.3 or 14.5 and not jumping around. I was not getting the SYS blinking message so I don't think there is anything wrong electrically but then again I am not sure. The dial on the other voltage gage read 14 plus and was not jumping around. Should I be concerned with the constant jumping of the digital gage? Does it mean anything? Appreciate any info.

Thanks

Bob

It certainly is within normal range. Mine flucuates between 14.1 and 14.9 depending on how long since I've driven it and the RPMs I'm turning at the time. The longer since I've driven it the higher until it charges the battery fully and it starts to drop usually settling in about 14.2-14.4

Thanks for the info but should the tenth digit be rapidly changing as the engine is running? It used to change till the battery got charged but now it won't stop changing. I hope that is a little clearer for you. Thanks again.
