Thanks for the links - but they all say where it might be not where it actually is.
Anybody know for sure on an '84???
Even the guy at O'Reilly could not find it after 10 minutes of looking around.

There should be a Service Parts Identification sticker either on the underside of the console lid or under the lid of the passenger side rear storage compartment.
If this sticker is gone, you can look here Scroll down to the 1984 chart and find your factory car color. The left column has the OEM RPO code and the far right column has the WA code. Both of these codes would show up on the sticker. The 033 would be in the list of the 3-digit RPO codes, and the WA number would be on the last line at the bottom of the sticker.
Some paint codes will have a "U" or "L" after the paint RPO code. That donates Upper or Lower as some early 80's C4's had two tone paint. The U or L would still show up even though the car only has a single color.
If you are looking for something like Dupli-Color touch up paint typically sold by parts stores, use the WA code. As an example if your car is Bright Red, the OEM RPO code is 33. The WA code is 8551.
The other codes shown are used by various auto paint manufacturers to mix up the correct color when a car is being painted to match the factory code.
