Accelerator pedal bracket complete (pics)

after a little wait on materials, the first bracket is complete. i believe as we make more, the better the welds will look. we will be selling these as a replacement for the current plastic pedal bracket. these are made of stainless steel and are tig welded. oillite oil impregnated bushings are pressed into the pivot point. these will virtually last forever and ensure quiet and smooth operation with no need to grease. i would feel better greasing the pivot but thats just me. these will be sold for $60 shipped and we will offer a FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY against any defect of any kind, no questions asked. these are guarenteed to fit. a new through bolt will be supplied as will the necessary ancoring cotter pin. if there is any interest other than the few orders we currently have i will market this in the for sale section. here are the pics:

looks like a nice product! It also looks like you need to turn the welding machine down and slow your travel speed, stainless likes to be cold when welded. Good luck and have fun with it!

doesnt have to be CNC machined. these are hand built one at a time to exact standards. and as stated, the more we build these, the better the welds will get. practice makes perfect
