OK when I drive this thing with the top out the wind blows my head all over the place. LOL. I have seen a few newer vettes with a small item that holds the rear hatch up a couple inches and they say it eliminates this buffetting effect some.
Anyone know of this or where I can get one? What its called? I did a search but didnt know what to call it.
Its called a hatch vent, there are plenty of threads on them if you do a quick search. Most people that have them like them a lot. You can get them from any Vette supplier for around 30 bucks.
I found it at Wilcox. I also checked eBay. Used to be you could get good deals there, now they are all actually higher than the regular retailers. Average of about $10 more than Wilcox. Just plain stupid, but I suppose they wouldnt be in business if they couldnt find enough suckers to peddle their overpriced crap.

I know there was a guy from Canada on here that was fabbing some of his own items, including a hatch vent; and his prices were pretty good. I dont remeber much else about him, but he is a member that has his own link to his items. Maybe he, or someone that knows him can fill in my blank spaces for you..........
ok, here is the link; I found it searching my old posts.
