No such thing as a chip with an "off" switch. I read your other post as well and Bart gave you good advise. The generic chip makers basically up the timing to get better performance for a naturally aspirated vehicle. Your best option is to take the chip out if you're going to use Nitrous, or get a custom chip for your car for Nitrous.
Check out soe of the Forum supporting vendors for Nitrous kits. And do a search on old topics. There has been a lot fo good advice given on the subject. This is one subject you will want to do your homework on.
