I installed the front spring when I removed my coil-overs and used those same instructions. It's a very easy job, just be careful.

I don't know about easy ... some parts are a serious PITA! Namely re-installing the nuts on the spring retainer brackets, as the bolts spin (why not just make them U-bolts?) as you try to tighten the nuts. I got around this by using a pair of needle-nose vice-grips to hold the bolt as I open-end-wrenched the nuts on.
