wipers not working

I changed my wiper blades yesterday. I turned my wipers on unyil the blades were halfway up the windshield. this made it easier to change the blades. After i changed the blades, The wipers don't work anymore.
the washers don't work either. What did i do wrong ?

More questions than answers here...my C4 is new to me so I have to ask if the pass. side wiper sticks up a little high in the low ready (higher than parked) position. maybe somebody bolted mine on funny, but it does go all the way down at park/rest.

The first thing i did was check the fuse.....

I just bought my c4. It came with broken wiper blades. Wiper blades dont turn on either. I have many questions to work through. Not sure why they dont at least come on.

You should check the fuse first ..

When mine stopped working ,... i found out it was due to bad fuse so i had to change it.

If all looks good otherwise, why not simply lift the hood and try the wipers? If it's catching then they should work just fine. If not then there's something else going on.

Agree it sounds like a fuse but could be the switch, wiper motor, wiring etc also. Start with the simple things and go from there.
