What was your 1/4 mile times at BG last year? Did your Vette hook?
BG is not known to be a very good track. Just wondering how it compared to your home track.

Zora, the majority said they were running 4 tehths slower at Beech Bend than their home track. I ran slower too but it wasn't that bad for me though. I pulled out a time slip and the temps were in the low 60's last year at BB. I ran a 14.05 best there. The coolest day I ran last year at my home track in Joliet was low 80's and I ran a 14.15 best.

Keith, I was running like crap at Beech Bend, mostly because I had no cooldown time. I dialed a 13.49 and left it there for all 7 rounds of competition. If I was on my home track, I probably would have dialed a 13.20. Traction wasn't a problem for me, but the heat was.
