Hell yes, we will get in the high '90s here in the summer. (laugh if you will, but that's hot for us prairie people)You must all so remember, in the summer here we get almost 20 hours of daylight

Not too bad for where you live. Insulation is the key. My house is a ranch style built in the mid 70's, and I've been remodeling over the last 5 years to get it up to modern standards in appearance, function, and energy efficiency. I would imagine everything built up north has to be insulated pretty well. You ever have problems with frozen plumbing?

Yes, but if you running in virtual mode, you just toss out the old and bring in the new. You should still run A/V software etc.

Robie....here's the link
http://weathersticker.wunderground.c.../Watertown.gif
Just put the IMG tags around it and it will appear.
[edit] you can right click on the banner and select "properties". That will give you the URL. Copy and paste that onto the forum page and put the IMG tags front and back and you're in business.

I copied your link, and put the [img]xxx[/img]in. Leave out the leading quote mark.
(or go somewhere warm to unfreeze)
Hit the "quote" button, and look at the set-up

Robie....get rid of everything before the http and put [img] directly in front of the http.
get rid of everything after the .gif and put [img] (with a / between the [ and the img) after that. It will show up.
Hope that makes sense.
