Dan, if the Plasma Cutter is CNC then the programer should be able to seperate the T's and round out the other letters when writing the program.

The plasma cutter is MRH, my right hand
I haven't had time to tackle this project, yet, but it will eventually get done.

Why not take the front plate cover off, put a sheet of paper over it and use a crayon or similar and do a rub over the letters, that will give you an outline, correct?

Don't have a front plate cover, wish I did.
I took a pic of my spare rear letters, blew up each letter and printed them out. I'll trace the letters onto the stainless and have at it with plasma cutter.

Why don't you just grab the best logo you can find online? Clean it up best you can in photoshop. Then pull into illustrator and run a trace on it. That will clean it up and make it crisp. Then you can expand it also and screw around with it and get it how you want it.

That's basically what I did, with my pic.
I haven't seen any big fonts to work with, all I found were about this size.

So that's the style you want? Just the black? or the black with the outline?

That is the correct font, doesn't matter if it's has an outline or not, as I will be tracing it onto stainless.

I used the font and saved money. I made my own "Corvette Parking Only Sign"
