Default 84 to 87 owners. Wheels for you

You may not visit the parts for sale section so I am linking this for you.
These are Rikens and are very hard to find. I love their look.

Looks nice. Gives it that 80's/ Miami Vice look. About a year before I bought my 84 I was lookin at an 86 that had those ARE 398s 16" wheels on it. It looked nice. Only problem is finding 255/50/16s. They're getting hard to find.

Wow....I've always wanted a set of these. They just look like they belong on an early C4. Any idea what he's asking? I didn't see the price. If not I will PM him.

You know, I didn't realize this....I bought the tires for my 84 back in 2004 and there were an abundance of them available. I've only put about 12K on mine, so don't need tires...but doing a quick search online, I discovered that the selection has dwindled to just a couple....and they aren't cheap. I paid $78 each for my Kumhos....that ain't gonna happen again.

Guess there isn't much demand for them anymore.

that's 'cause they do belong...some pics of the c4 in very early Gm styling development show those type 'wire basket' rims...poncho stole em for the bird, along with the 'never released' c4 rear spoiler, and other bits.
