On the way home from my parents house I hear the radio announcing this monster storm going to hit us in a day or so. I just looked at the forecast this morning and they said rain the next four days. Where the h*** did this come from? Now we're going to get 12 - 18" on Thursday and Friday with almost hurricane force winds. Maybe the car will come out in June. I have to run and get my milk and bread before the panic ensues.

It's a big plot the news stations want us to watch and boost their ratings
Don't feel too bad, it snowed (again) here in the nice warm desert southwest last night. It all melted off by 1000 AM, but it's nice and cold again. This is the coldest winter I remember in 20 years. Wettest too.

Yup, we got the same dusting...gone by sun up, but still
You guys get any snow early in the week? I was in ABQ on Friday night, then went up to Santa Fe on Saturday AM. Temps were dropping, and they were predicting snow flurries. Then it was windy the whole way back down I-25.

Nope...East and North of us, but it keeps missing me.
I grew up on the shores of Lake Erie, and there is a prediction here in NH for up to 16" of snow over the next 2 days. (Yawn) The way the forecasters are talking we are all are going to die.
About once a year or so. This time was a quick trip up to Veterans Cemetary in Santa Fe where my wife's grandparents are buried. I like going through much better now that the Big I is all completed....but that road construction just north of I25 &Tramway bogged things down a bit.
Back in the 90's I worked for a different company and ABQ was part of my territory...I practically lived in two cities at once. ABQ was essentially my second home....got to know and really like the city. I see the Ron Bell billboards are still everywhere

Weird, we are having one of the warmest winters in a long, long, long time, maybe ever.
My golf course opens this weekend, earliest date, EVER !!
So much for the great white north, we had 2 weeks of snow on the ground.

I thought we told you to close the door....you're letting the cold air into the lower 48. Yep, got a nice dusting last night, but it's all gone now except up on the mountain. It's cold, but the roads are dry. Weekend's looking good.
