C4 Bose help
Was splicing a wire and inadvertently touched a live wire to the case of the radio. Now I get no sound and the antenna doesn't move. Fuses in the panel didn't blow. Radio was tested and is fine

I just pulled some CDM photos off ebay because after checking your profile I could not find a pic specific to your 85.
These all list as 90+ but are somewhat different...

There are no inline fuses, the Radio fuse and the CLK/CTSY fuse are both required for the system to work.
Did you put a meter or test light on those fuses, or was it a visual test ?

Who would have thought that the clock/ctsy fuse powers amps, antenna, locks, interior lights, and good knows what else.
