Yes there are car snobs. They are all just cars to me, they dont define you who or what you are they are just things you drive. Doesnt give anyone the right to look down their nose at anyone imo.

thats the on i went to today.they have a cruise every sat nite all summer long all different cars the guy with the viper just got to me.the car was really nice but it just took money to buy it no labor

I have met a LOT of Viper owners, and I totally disagree with them all being a**holes.
Just because you own a certain type of car doesnt make you an a**.
All car enthusiasts come in different shapes and sizes and personalities.
I for one dont judge someone by what they drive or if they make an off hand remark or two, as we all have at one time or another.
I like to actually give someone the benefit of the doubt until I get to know them better.
I have met a LOT of Viper owners, and I totally disagree with them all being a**holes.

In the summer time we have a cars and coffee every month not far from here, and its not just Vettes.

I love when i see vipers becuase i know they are not true sports cars.
Just becuase they have v10 engines in them doesnt mean they are good cars.
Vipers are only good at going straight. Put them on a track and a vette will beat it in most catagories.

Spoken from a bias viper owner? Check some track numbers on the c6 corvettes then look at the same year viper. Just becuase i dont take my personal car on the track doesnt mean ****.

What, pra' tell, is a true sports car? More specific, wht qualifies a true sports car? Have you driven or ridden a Viper? I have ridden in a '96, same year as my C4 and WOW! What a rush! v10??? How about an SRT v10... Would I have a Viper? Yes if I could aford one. Resale value? Oh yeah... they at least have a more than respectable one. Are the owners aholes? No more than us Corvette owners are... Sorry, sorta struck a nerve there about Viper owners. What's funny is we btch when C5'ers don't wave and then we say a Viper is not a true sports car... Geezzz, talk about snobish... flame suit is on and waiting boys...

And I'm pissed I missed that Cruise Nite. 1st one of the season. Well, I know what to do on Saturday Nights now. Besides the beautiful Mrs. has freinds that live in the area and there's another excuse to get together with them. See you all there sometime
