Lowering??

Hey folks, I'm going to lower my 1995 Vert and I was wondering about the height. I've read everything from 1/2" to 1" on the front spring wedgie thingys. Is there an aftermarket spring that will do at least an inch without increasing my spring rate much more?? Lord knows that it doesn't need to be any stiffer. (The car). I read that I have the soft ride springs. I'd sure hate to see the stiiffer performance springs. May as well TIG the suspension to the frame and make it a proper go-cart.

You can get about an inch if you cut the springy wedgy thingies. Mine sits at 26-1/4 to center of fender. Measure yours and we'll know, I can't remember what it was stock.

remove the rubber from the end of the spring for an additional 1/4"
