Headlight trouble

I have a 1985 corvette and only one headlight is coming up in to position. Is there any way that I can bring the other one up manually?

Do the 85's have the crank ****? I believe they do but am not sure. It will be in the owners manual if you have one. I think somebody in tech has an 85 pdf. Check that if you don't have the hard copy manual.
