how do i adjust the head lights on my 1993 Ruby Red vett

There are 2 screws (Phillips head) on each light... One on the top and one on the side... Drive up to a wall or a flat street to adjust them properly!

on my 91 when i turn the headlights on, after they turnover the motors on both still keep goin even when i turn then off they do it of about 10sec. i think its goin to strip them out?
