well sad news on the project... got my paint on Sat. morning and couldn't get the top of the can off fast enough. Looked @ the paint & it was the wrong color. It was a cream not the arctic white I wanted. So called the "mixing" store and they sent me the wrong gallon. So now I am waiting for them to send me the right one... Hopefully, hopefully this weekend....

I cannot wait to get her outside in the sunlight. These pics do not give the paint its full effect. The way the pearl shines is un-F@#$ing believable. I will post more after I get her home....

Mrmtrnd, I wanted a white vette that stood out around the rest.... My son is extremely proud of the way it turned out. He can't wait until he gets his liscence now. I made a deal with him if he gets A's & B's in highschool his Senoir year he can drive the vette to school. Thanks Mike for the beer I had a couple of celebratory beverages after painting this one.....
