On my 87. Water Temp 198 ish in motion. upwards to 230 sitting in traffic for a long time.

Oil Temp similar but around 10 to 15 degrees warmer.

Oil Pressure varies according to engine speed and temp. But it is always the same all the time. Little variance. My low is around 15 pounds and high about 45 pounds.

With 172K miles, I go through a quart every thousand or so miles now.

I love the C-4. Probably my next Vette will be a 86 to 91 or so convertible.

Of course these numbers may/will fluctuate but for an '87 these should be close to normal for a stock 'vette.

Oil pressure: 15-60 psi (will vary with engine temp, rpm, oil viscosity & engine wear) - you need a minimum of 10 psi per 1,000 rpm.

Oil Temp: should normally be ~10 to 20*F warmer than water/coolant's temperature once engine is up to temp.

Coolant Temp: ~200 - 240*F once up to temp.
