Default Have you ever.....

Found a couple of bolts in my driveway about 3 years ago, couple of weeks apart....have no idea what car or where they might have come from.....so I saved them.

Decided to finally put new door weatherstripping on my 95 and to find out why the passenger door glass seems so loose.

Take door panel off (again), take old weatherstripping off, peal back the foam liner and then wiggled door glass. Very cool. I usually just have a flash back to the bolts I threw away three years earlier.

We used to pick bolts up while in the junkyard and save them. Then, we occasionally would toss a few under the collector cars my neighbor has just to mess with him. That, and a few well placed drops of used engine oil would freak him out.

I found two screws in my center console and couldn't find anywhere they went to. then the other day when I repaired my climate control buttons I found out the person who installed my HU didn't put the two bottom screws back in on the bottom section of the plate that covers the HU.

I also have one extra screw left from when I replaced my outer window seals. Guess i'll take the door panel off sometimne to see where I missed putting it back in.
