Vert latch problem
The little teeth where you would latch the convertible top are stripped. Where can I find this part? What is it even called?

look broken off, not stripped. Never heard of this before.
I see lots of parts under C4s, then 'Hard and Soft Top' , not sure I'm seeing what you need so call these guys
