Default Identify Early Front Bumper???

Hey guys, does anyone know what kind of bumper is on this car? it looks stock except for the split lip on the bottom and it seems the side markers are closer to the front compared to the stock.

If the lower lip is connected to the bumper cover in one piece, it's not a factory GM bumper. Is the bumper hard fiberglass or flexible urethane?

That would be a stock bumper with some garbage hanging off the bottom.

Maybe he could just scrape it off on the curb, then hose it before the smell kicked in.

Yea,I suppose but it would still have a stain.Years ago when the C4 was THE Corvette there was every type of body kit anybody could imagine. Ive owned a C4 since 1987 so Ive pretty much seen it all.

To me, it looks something like a Callaway knock off kit type of thing.

As time goes on, the stock Vette looks better and better in a C-4. I have seen very very few adds on, kits that look good on them. Most look funny.

I have seen a few custom Vettes of all years that look tasteful, if done right, but few seem to be done right, Most are overkill.

Just my 2 cents.

The only add-on kit that looked REALLY good was the Shinoda kit.

Not mine ... but I wish that it was

I think the louvers while not very attractive might be pretty functional to get rid of heat and underhood air pressure. Pro sports cars use louvers behind upper wheel wells for the same purpose. I was thinking about trying something on the lower fender behind front wheels to get rid of heat. That is if I could find a spare set of 91 polo green ones to play with..

Please don't confuse that car with a Callaway Corvette

To confirm, it is NOT a Callaway
