Throttle Valve ?? Is that what you mean ?? 
The T.V. cable operates the throttle valve lever and bracket assembly inside the valve body.

This cable go back to the transmission.
1. On the side of the throttle body you will find the TV cable. There is an adjustment locking tab that you press in.
2. While pressing the locking tab move the slider towards the back of the motor.
3. Release the locking tab and operate the throttle to full WOT and the slider will automatically adjust itself.
4. Drive the car.
You only have to do this ONCE.

Tanks guys it was driveing me carzy. Ok when should do a tv adjustment??? car seams to shift to early or not down shift to quick could this be becouse it need adj. ??? Thank,s to all
