Oh wow thanks. I never went on their site before until now. Thanks I like that I might have to purchase this for my car.
What I found interesting (from my point of view), is that I like how the white one looks but not the blue or black one. Maybe it's cause it looks like the window is down a little and breaks the continuity or flow or maybe cause it looks like you can see a seam of some sort.
So it seems that proper installation (or maybe just presentation) makes ALL the difference...

Post up a pic if you do it!
Well I just reviewed the instructions and there seems to be a lot more work than I thought. You have to make changes to the wiper arm and then you need to cut out part of the brackets where you store the top and prime the windshield among other things.
I don't mind the seams, it would be nice if it was one piece though. but he installation process is annoying. Lets see, maybe I will be bored one day.
There is a seam between the 3 pieces... unless you glassed it in, when you have multiple pieces you are going to have a seam (obviously).
I have had mine off and on a few times now. It really isn't hard to get lined up so that the seam is minimal. As for the window looking like it is down... I can see what you are talking about in the picture but I have never thought for a second that anything looked weird in person.
When I have had the windshield moldings off I couldn't believe how different the car looked.

Oh thats your car? Looks nice.
I am sure in person the window does not look like it is down at all, just from pictures and even then I didn't notice that.
Do you like how it looks more with them on or off?

Thanks for the compliment
Personally, I think it looks a lot better with them on. When I replaced my windshield the last time I planned on leaving the moldings off but as soon as I looked at the car my mind was made up to put it back on.

I think it (visible seam) has to do with installation then. The white car looked good and your street-able track car (still want one of those for me) looks good too. But that black car in the first pic, somebody must have been in a rush to get it done.

Yea it makes it look unique compared to other vettes I have seen. That is what I like about owning a vette or vettes in general there are so many ways to personalize it. They are for everyone. might make that a winter project.
