Sounds like an awesome plan! Last Winter I did a complete brake overhaul; that was fun. This winter, I am getting a few minor paint blemishes re-sprayed. I would also like to get some new Hooker headers for the Vette. Being 17 really puts a damper in my budget, but I do what I can with what I have.

Im glad to see a young kid with a real car and not some rice burner. I too am young (In my 20s) and like my dad said to me when i got my first car(a 6-speed z-28) we are a dying breed.
Being a new C4 owner, my winter projects are changing the transmission fliud and filter. Change the break fluid, and new plugs and wires. The PO flushed the radiator last year and the oil was just changed.

All fluids changed again.
Tune up (plugs, wires, cap, rotor)
VC Gaskets
general clean up.
After winter, I hope to start the process of putting together all the parts for an engine rebuild. If it holds together until next fall I'll rebuild it next winter and swap to a T-5 at the same time. If not... well we'll see.
Finally winter is here. The heat and humidity dissipate. I can drop the tops on the verts, take off the top on the coupe , turn off the A/Cs and cruise, cruise, cruise. I love Florida winters. Take some trips down to the Keys or just a ride to the local hamburger joint for an occasional car show. Life is good.

i hear you man, 19 years old here and budgets are tight. this winters mods are:
1)change ball joints/tie rods
2)upgrade to c5 brakes
3)new black c6 z06 rims
4)lower the car
5)all poly bushings
6)shocks, bigger sway bars
7) dump the spare tire, radio, an more things i find unecesary.
big list, and budget probablly wont allow for all of it, but thats the plan
Mine doesn't need much so I am going to do what I should have done a few years ago. I'm taking out all the Bose amps & wiring and replace with Boston Acoustic speakers at all 4 corners. When someone tells you not to try to run the Bose amps with aftermarket equipment, listen to them. I thought I would be okay with the new Pioneer unit running the Sony speakers through the stock amps,,,,,,WRONG!
