Sagging is VERY possible and semi frequent with C4s. Anyone who says otherwise..
Usually they car will sag or lean to the driver's side. The monoleaf spring can delaminate overtime and actually splinter on higher milage cars. Again many driven C4's exhibit a slight driver's side lean. That car looks lowered(too much IMHO) to me but its impossible to tell until you see the other side. Measure the gap from the wheel well to tire on both sides and visually inspect the spring.

Ok folks...here are a few things to clear the air. First, it has been raining cats and dogs from the time I test drove it until now. He handed me a picture of the car to take with me while we were waiting for financing (the pic I posted above) and must have been 'before' he changed the monoleaf because when I took delivery, the car has a nice 2-3" rise over the wheel. I will post pics when it stops raining!! As well, when I arrived, he had the OEM saw-blade wheels off the car and installed a set of C5 chrome alloys. Both went with the car but I am not a fan of how the 17 and 18" chrome offsets look on that body style. So, I will be posting them up for sale in the next hour or so. The rubber is in perfect shape and looks brand new. The chrome would look great on someones C5 or C4 if that is your flavor. Thank you for all your technical opinions and advice but it appears the 'sagging' part of the title can be removed.
