I was more than happy to pass this along. I know that CFOT has lots of folks that provide fantastic support to members of the armed forces. You have to believe that the Wounded Warriors are excited about the Corvette event in Bowling Green. I will be doing everything I can to make this an event to remember for them. They're welcome to have wheel time in my Vette if they're willing and able. It's the least I can do to honor their sacrifice.

Just read the post and THIS IS GREAT!!!. Gonna check with the wife and will see is we could make it. Great gesture and our oldest son is flying out from Ft. Campbell this Sunday for Afghanistan. I will see if we can take ours and his (92'ZR1)that he bought when he was in Iraq.

This is about one of the best ways to show our support the guys and gals!!!

I live in Kalifornia, but if I lived closer I would be there in heart beat. Thought I don't know if the Vets would find it cool enough to ride in a clean 86 compared to the newer Vettes with almost twice the HP.

I signed up for both days in a heartbeat.

Appreciate your son's service! I live near and work at Ft. Campbell. Seeing these Soldiers and the sacrifices these young folks and their families undertake strengthens one's faith in our great country! My son in law served 2 tours in Iraq and 1 in Afghanistan. There are 52 cars scheduled to come here on the 29th. Coordination efforts are well underway with the mission switched to Ft. Campbell Wounded Warriors. I'm overjoyed to be a part of this caravan.
