what do you call cheap? I had some late model sport seats reupholstered at a local shop, some people may be able to do that kind of work on their own; painted the car, glassed in fender flares and shaved the antenna, custom stripes on the hood and black halo, cheaper than taking it somewhere to get it done. painted calipers and upgraded rotors, painted and ported intake. changing the color of the interior plastic bezels, I opted to have them hydrocoated.

I've worked at Kohler for 33 years and counting. This was taken at Road America at a race we sponsor. The pic was not taken intentionally to show the sign. Sometimes sheet just happens.....

Pick up a nice wheel/tire combo and get an intense detail.

Call it a day... If its going to be a daily driver.... I wouldnt spend a dime on modding it. You will have plenty of routine maintance that will have to be taken care of.

yea i am going to maybe do rims and getting tint for the windows but as i said i am just seeing what kind of paint etc type things that people are doing themselves that does not really cost much to perk up the looks a bit. I did find out there seems to be alot less done to the c4 compared to the c5

Visual mods can be cheap. I painted my hood stripe, B-pillar and side vents black. Total cost was less than $50.

Tinted windows, different wheels or black-out your wheel's centers.

GrandSport style hash marks are popular. (Different colors available)

Tail light black-outs are neat and the "Corvette" lettering on the nose and between the tail lights add a lot, too.

Paint under the hood and brake calipers makes it pop.

Contrasting floor mats and shifter boot can wake up the interior.
