Besides some exterior body issues, (hood alignment, paint, etc.), I have 2 more mechanical issues of concern. One: my passenger side window goes up almost 1/4" too much at the top front corner, preventing the door to close properly? And two: antenna -- fix or replace. It will not go down. Stays at the very top of its position?
Sounds like you're knocking it out. Have fun with the antenna. I just changed mine this weekend. I finally figured out that it was easier to take the marker light out of the bumper and work through that hole.
Mine works as in up and down but does not pull stations in worth a sh**. Is there anything I can do about that ?
FM Booster ?
Pull the door panel off and see it the window is sitting in its track straight. Be careful taking the panel off, you may find it was all cracked inside like mine was. I fixed it with JB weld and some clamps to hold it in place til the weld dried. If you need the plastic push in pieces that hold the door paneln. Lowes has drawers full of black ones for much cheaper than you can buy them anywhere else. Along with just about any interior screw you might need.
thier is a plastic stop thats bolted to the front of the window, and rides up and down on a rod, both rh/lh were broken on mine, think i got replacements from ecklers.
