Default Need light help

For the side markers for an 86, I got a set in the mail off eBay today, the orange is faded but the clear is fine, I actually need the clear part because it's cracked on mine but the orange is factory brand new. So my question is, is there a way to remove that clear lens portion and put it on the other side marker light assembly? Thanks for any help! I got to know if I should try returning them or not or if there is a way pretty soon, thanks!!!!!
And it looks like it's clipped on but i don't know

I think the assemblies are glued together as a unit - better off returning and trying to find what you want in nice shape.

Hey Donalds5, oldalaskaman is right. A heat gun should be able to heat the glue up enough to separate the plastic from the housing. Try to keep the heat on the housing, not the lens. You will need to clean the old glue/epoxy off and find a strong epoxy to re-glue it when you are finished. Try it on your broken one first to make sure it doesn't ruin anything.
