Can anyone help me locate one? GM part number is 88961148.

I found one in "Rock Auto Parts" They have it listed as an "ECM".

You have to do a part # search. Comes up as ac-delco and would have to be ordered unfortunately.

FWIW
All 94-95 LT1's ( regardless of what car the engine came in) use the same PCM
As the differences are in the tune , the PCM just needs reprogramming to suit the vehicle it is being used in if it came from a different vehicle originally
