Symptom:
The windwhild wiper motor only works on the highest switch setting. When the switch is then set to the off position, the blades do not retire to the original position, they just stop where thy are.
I mistakenly replaced the switch only to have the same symptom. Is there a module or relay to check/replace or is the motor itself the problem.

It's the switch in the wiper motor. You can R&R or try to fix it.
