Blowing fuses
Earlier today, I pressed the cool button, and when I did it blew the CTSY fuse. When I tried to put a new fuse in, it immediately blew it. I guess something is wrong with the wiring for the ac controls? I know some of the wiring on the car has been messed with by the PO who did a pretty poor job on some of it...

Either miswired or a short to ground. The CTSY fuse powers a lot of circuits, one being the heat/ac control assy. I'd first check with an ohmeter if the CTSY fuse goes to the controller and if it does, there will have to be something wrong inside the controller.
