Default Willcox Corvettes

This is not a thread to bash Willcox by any means. I had ordered sunvisors from them about three weeks ago and had not received it yet. I called them today to find out what was up with my order. I did not get the name of the guy I talked to, but he checked on my order to find out that the visors were waiting on the map straps and couldn't really advise when they were going to get them. He stated it could be up to 3-4 months, but wasn't sure on that even. I asked him if I could cancel my order and credit my money back to my account. He advised that he would do that. I was very happy with the out come and will continue to do business with Willcox Corvette....

Da-

I apologize for the issue! Even I was not aware there was a problem with the visors until I read your post. If you don't mind, can I check an alternate source for you on these tomorrow?

If you are up for it, I'm not worried if they cost us more than normal, I'd just like to see you taken care of. Email me direct at WillcoxcustomerService@willcoxcorvette.c om.

I just want to thank you for your apology and it is very much accepted. I just want to say that the guy who helped me with this matter was very helpful and I didn't get the sense that I was wasting his time or get the feeling that he was trying to get rid of me. A thank you to him as well. I will send you an email further on this matter. This is the reason why I will continue to do business with you in the future.

I bought several thousand dollars worth of interior, trim and other parts for my c4 restoration through willcox and never had anything but great dealings. They're the best corvette vendor I've dealt with.
