Yup I trapped 103 in that run and the ta trapped over 106. The only reason I beat that car is because my car hooks and I can drive.
The ls6 in my new car is a far step from either of those platforms. Difference now is I can mop up that trans am with 2 car seats in the back seat and a trunk load of groceries.![Smile](https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums/images/smilies/smile5.gif)

Great car, nice buy!
Here's you just last week.
Here is my average LT1 (not a LT4) wiping the floor with a average LS1 with a average driver.
Just saying

I understand how nice it would be to have more horsepower or whatever but that thing will never be cooler than a Vette. Looks like ever other car on the road.
Have fun with it though......

We were a 3 car family for years....Corvette, a sedan and a pickup truck. The sedan and pickup truck were daily drivers, although sometimes the Vette was a daily driver when we didn't have a third vehicle. I would certainly choose the CTS-V as my choice of sedans. Now all the daughters are grown with families of their own, and 8 grandchildren for us to spoil rotten! We still have 3 vehicles as I lost my job 2-1/2 years ago and will probably never get another as I turn 65 in 3 months.

Very, very nice. Congrats!
I've become intrigued with the CTS (CTSv in particular) recently, and have actually contemplated letting go of my LT4 coupe and replacing it with a CTS or CTSv. It's been great owning two really cool C4s for these past three or four years, but with my only other wheels being a motorcycle and an elderly C1500 W/T, I've begun to think about a sedan.
It is so good to see that Cadillac is once again building superb, world-class, RWD sedans, and especially cool that we can now buy them with a manual 6-speed transmission. Kudos to GM for what they've done turning the product line around!
Please post your opinions of the car after having it for a while. I'd very much like to hear what you like and don't like about it after you've had a chance to get fully acquainted with it. I don't think I'd want a black car in the blazing-hot Arizona sun, but it sure looks great!
Live well,
SJW

That Cadillac is a good looking sedan, although the pic. of the gauges is not real awe inspiring.
I drive my wives older Mercedes [nice car] when I need a sedan, my Dodge pickup [most practical vehicle we own] as my daily driver, and my 90 ZR-1 on weekends when I want to drive something really special. I'll never sell the ZR-1, but when it's time for my wife to get something different we will definitively look at the CTSV.
