85 vert ?
I was thumbing thru the classifieds and checked the Corvettes as I always do and ran up on an 85 vert. Is there such a thing? I'm looking at the ad as I type. I thought convertibles didn't start till 86.

Jenn is right. Sometimes people who buy the new model year in the previous year(let's say it's an '86 and it was bought in November of '85) They think they got that year because of the date on the calendar.
I remember a guy here saying he had an '83 because it was sold in 1983, but it was an '84 model.
I remember when they were selling 1999 Ford Super duy's in 1997!

There wern't any 85 verts made, but I just saw a 85?? vette pick up truck on ebay. guesss anything is possible
