For those that have a Borla system how far do the tips stick out beyond the rear bumper? Mine are a little over an ich and the hanger is almost out of the bracket.
Dave
Hi I haven't looked at my 93 in a while but I believe my Borla tips stick out apx. a inch { I'll check it when I get home]. I did have a lot of problems fitting the right side tips, they were not straight[outside tip was higher than inside tip on passenger side] and both also were dropped down farther on passenger side than drivers side . I took the hanger off and slotted some of the mounting holes so it would go up tighter. I never got all of the tilt out of the right side tips but with them up tighter to bumper it does look better than it did. My Borla system does have a lot of drone on the highway. So far I've just lived with it. On short trips it's not so bad but on longer trips it's a pain, you might want to do something to quiet it down. I've been told inserting a plug in one tip per side will quiet it right down. I'm thinking of just temporary inserting them for when I go on a long trip. Good Luck Tim
