Default Wiper Arms

This wiper arm is on my 87 coupe. The pin where the blade goes on is too short or the blade where the pin goes through is too wide. The pin does not go all the way through the wiper blade so the blade just kind of flops around and eventually falls off. The clasp that you push down on the pin on the new blade only contacts the pin on the inner part of the pin. Do I have parts of the blade missing? The new blades are Duralast from Autozone and do not come with any other adapters.
Any help will be appreciated.

Your wiper blades are the problem. Find your self a set of Trico "Exact Fit" blades for your year and be done with it.
