Why is it?
I purchased a 91 Targa with the intentions of flipping it to make some extra money, but every time I drive the thing I don't want to get rid of it. is there some kind of chemical they put in the leather so when you breathe it in it says "Keep me". I have had other cars in the past and did the flip thing and after I rebuilt them I sold them right away. I don't know what to do, I have had this C4 for 2 years now and really don't want to get rid of it, but the extra money will come in handy for my next project. please tell me what is different in C4's than in any other car. sorry for the long post but I am interested in what other C4 owners have to say.... Thanx Quig
The 45 year old chicks with the toilet paper stuffed bras are easier to pick up in a C4. I cruise laundromats and trailer parks mainly, but I find bowling alleys to be good hunting grounds too.
I offer her a Meister Brau and a Marlboro, show off my car, and I'm in like Flynn. Hasn't failed me yet.
Good question! Just why do I keep my C4? Mmmm? I throw money at it, like I've never thrown at any other vehicle I own. Sometimes, it's down for weeks, waiting for parts. When I have to work on it, it earns every curse word and then some! But yet, I too love driving this enigma of an automobile. It makes me feel 'special'! Looking out at that long hood, dropped deep in the leather seats, it's like 'Hell yeah, I'm happy!'

Glad to see you have good hunting grounds in your area.
In the last 45 years I've had cars of every type but not one of those cars was as much fun to drive as my C4. The reasons are sometimes hard to put a finger on but the feeling I get while behind the wheel no other car has come close to. I'm not concerned about the reasons I enjoy it but as long as the fun factor is there that car will be in my garage.
I'm not bragging but, this day at the NCM the parking lot was full of C5, C6 and few C4s but, these chicks from Brussels insisted on posing with Betty Boop.
I think its a matter of chemistry. Just like many C3 owners have plenty of money to buy a C6 but, they do not.

it's called addiction, C4's make you smile , they deliver !
it's like a big toy , just for you , you and the c4 , connected , in just one very fast shape
they even look fast while you stare at them in the parking lot ...

so ture... My 9yr old and I went for a drive last weekend and I got on a road that has alot of S curves and got on it hardand the C4 went right threw 'em and sadi give me more.....
Got to laugh at this since I acquired mine in a swap, I figured the Vette would be easier to sell than the boat that no one seemed to want. I didn't count on my wife falling in love with the car instantly. Took me a little longer to catch the fever since I have Mopar in my veins and a pentastar tattooed on my ***, but it happened.
C4 fever? No such thing! Said the guy with a 92 LT1 coupe, 90 ZR-1, 89 Convert., 88 coupe and an 86 Z51. One day my Great grandson can flip a C4 for a profit. In this market the only way to "flip" a C4 for profit is if its over-insured when you flip.
