Looks like I'll be driving mine until my brother gets around to buying his own car and stops taking my winter car. Had the garage cleaned out and gave it a wash, ready to put away after thursday's snow, but now it looks like I wait. Wrecked my camaro a day or two before thanksgiving 2008 driving it the first week of snow, I'm pressing my luck here.

I am keeping the Vette out all year, but the Camaro was put in storage a month ago.
The Vette is the daily driver. I work out of my house so when it snows, I just don't go any where.

A winter car sounds like it could be fun! An old beater to slip and slide on the ice and snow!!!!

It's fun for a while but it can get old. The up side is that you can practice your drifting skills without wearing out your tires.

I'm still driving mine when I can. It's supposed to be 55-60 this week so I will try to squeak out a few additional days of driving in between rain drops. I try to get by with Dec-April storage.

I put mine in the basement garage on Sunday evening. Not as easy to get in and out as the regular garage. I have a two week business trip starting tomorrow. Hopefully when I return the snow hasn't arrived.

In fairness, those of us north of Texas never have to stay in because it's too hot to run the A/C

Same here I drive mine all year long as long as its not raining or snowing. These cars will never be worth any real value therefore, I will drive my car any chance I get and enjoy it while I can. :-)

Glad I don't have to put mine to bed for the winter, that would be a hard thing to do every year. Mine will set in the garage for a few days to a few weeks but gets driven all winter. Tomorrow the two of us will be heading down the highway to work.

A well maintained reliable beater is fine. I keep a couple for winter just in case one of 'em gets stacked up.

So sad that you "rust belt" guys have to hide your cars 3-5 months of the year.
